Enjoy amazing views and spectacular sunsets while relaxing on the over-sized furnished balcony of this third floor lakefront condo!  This condo has all the comforts of home including WiFi and cable TV. The kitchen has granite counter tops with a breakfast bar, including 4 bar stools, and is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need! (standard coffee pot, crock pot, griddle, pot/pans & all cooking utensils) There is a split bedroom floor plan. The king size master suite overlooks the lake and has a private bath with a jetted tub and separate shower.  There are also two additional guest bedrooms, one has a queen size bed & the other has two twin beds, that share a full bathroom. Each bedroom has cable TV and a DVD player. The great room features a beautiful stacked stone gas burning fire place, a very comfy large couch, two over-sized chairs with ottomans, a large flat screen television with cable & a dining table for four. The couch is also a sleeper sofa for extra guests! The balcony is furnished with sling back chairs, dining table for 4 and a Weber gas grill so that you may also enjoy the wonderful outdoors and lake views. This unit also includes a full size washer and dryer. A covered boat slip at Twin Cove Marina during your stay is included as guests of Hemlock 302.

• May 1 – September 30: $345/nightly
• May 1- September 30: 3 Night Rental Minimum

**In addition to the nightly rate multiplied by the number of nights reserved there is 14.25% Tax, a Cleaning Fee ($150-$300), and a $150 Refundable Damage Deposit also included in total reservation price**
