The top level has the large master bedroom with a king bed, with a private luxurious master bathroom, and a huge walk-in closet. The master bedroom also has its own private patio. Additionally on the top level is a loft area that has a set of bunk beds, able to sleep 2 people.

The walk out basement features the fourth bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom, and a queen sleeper sofa. The basement also has a hockey table and additional kitchen table with seating for 4.
