Enjoy the conveniences of this first-floor lakefront condo only steps away from your dedicated parking spot and the walkway down to Twin Cove Marina.  This condo features hardwood floors throughout the condo, fully stocked kitchen (standard coffee maker, full set of pots/pans, dishes, cooking utensils), beautiful gas fireplace, and sleeping for 8.  The master bedroom features a king size bed, dedicated patio door to porch, and private bathroom with large shower and jetted tub.  The second bedroom features a queen size bed and views of the lake.  The third bedroom features queen size bunk beds (sleeping 4).  The 2 guest bedrooms share a full bathroom.  Walk out onto the back porch overlooking the marina and lake.  There is an included gas grill, comfy couch and chair, and pub table to eat your meals outside by the water.  Full size washer and dryer is also conveniently located inside the condo.  WiFi is included in the unit, cable TV in the family room & bunk bedroom, and a covered boat slip at Twin Cove Marina during your stay are included as guests of Aspen 2 condo.

Rates:

• In-Season (May 1 – September 30): $345 per night
• May 1-September 30: 3 Night Rental Minimum

**In addition to the nightly rate multiplied by the number of nights reserved there is 14.25% Tax, a $150 Cleaning Fee, and a $150 Refundable Damage Deposit also included in total reservation price**
