Located in Cove Norris Subdivision in Caryville TN just minutes by water from Twin Cove Marina!! This beautiful 6500sq ft lakefront home is just a 5 minute boat ride or 28 minute drive to Twin Cove Marina! Castle at the Cove has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, two large lake facing decks, it’s own dock with 1 covered boat slip and room for 2 more boats to be tied up to, concrete path to dock, fire pit, and much much more!!

The house has a 3 bay attached garage right off the driveway as well as a circle driveway out front for plenty of vehicle parking. The driveway has enough room to also park 2-3 boat trailers at the house.

As soon as you pull up you’ll see why we have named this house the Castle at the Cove. The beautiful front entrance leads into the great room of the house where there is a large sectional sofa and two additional chairs for gathering and watching the large flat screen TV above the fireplace. To the left of the entrance is a large study that can be used as an office or extra space to relax and read a book! The dining room is to the right as you enter the front door and has a large table that seats 10. Through the dining room there is a dry bar that attaches the dining room to the large eat-in kitchen. Gas appliances and a large 8 person table make this fully equipped kitchen a renters dream! Off the kitchen is a screened in patio that has chairs and an outdoor bar cart for guests to use while they enjoy the breathtaking lakefront views. Laundry room and large pantry are also located off the kitchen.

To the left of the great room there is a half bath and the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, large flat screen TV, attached master bathroom with two master closets, and its own set of doors out to the deck that faces the lake. The deck off the main level has a high top table that seats 4 and an additional outdoor round table that seats 4. There will be lounge chairs on this level as well as a Traeger grill for guests to use,

You can access the top floor by using one of two staircases located in the house. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms. The bedroom to the left has a king bed and attached full bathroom with a large closet. The bedrooms to the right are attached by a jack and jill style full bathroom. Each bedroom does have their own sink and closet. Bedroom 1 to the right has a king bed and Bedroom 2 to the right has a king bed and a set of bunk beds.

The basement level is made for entertaining. This walkout basement has a billiards room, large living room with flat screen TV and sectional, large basement kitchen space (fridge and freezer, microwave, and sink) and extra storage room that leads out to the tram. There is also another large bedroom in the basement that has a king bed, sitting area, full bathroom, and doors that walk out to the basement level lake facing deck.  Off the basement deck there is also a firepit for guests to use. Guests will use Mountain Lake Marinas boat ramp to put in their boats for this location.  The 4 person tram that guests can use is also located off the basement level deck. Guests will use Mountain Lake Marinas (600 Campground Rd Rocky Top TN 37769) boat ramp to put in their boats for this location.

Total for 7 Nights= $5998.38

Will Allow 3 Night Rentals for Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend. Price is $650 a night (plus tax and cleaning)
