Mark and his wife Amy purchased Norris Dam Marina in March 2012 and purchased Twin Cove Resort and Marina in June 2013. Since the marinas have been purchased, both have undergone renovations. The marinas are both full-service with restaurants, rentals and everything you need to enjoy your time on the lake!

Mark and Amy’s son Brad manages both Norris Dam Marina and Twin Cove Marina. The family has owned a home on Norris Lake for nearly 30 years and they love being out on the lake and getting to interact with people who love the lake as much as they do. “We have loved getting to meet so many different people from all over the country and hear their different stories and why they love the lake,” says Mark Bardo. Brad adds, “Its been great getting to know so many individuals and hopefully build long-term relationships out of it”.

That’s what this father and son team is all about. it’s about family and making sure we establish a good, safe and fun environment for you and your families when you visit Norris Lake. “We offer a family-friendly environment and focus our business on keeping our customer’s happy,” says Brad.

Brad Bardo, son of Amy and Mark Bardo, loves Twin Cove Resort and Marina and serves as general manager here and at our sister property Norris Dam Marina.

Brad studied corporate communications with a business administration focus at the University of Kentucky and held a sales position prior to managing the resort and marina. Brad enjoys Twin Cove so much that he recently built a home on the property. He is a hands-on manager who loves working with the seasonal staff as well as meeting all of our visitors and guests and goes out of his way to make everyone happy! Brad listens to our guests and transfers their suggestions into reality like offering jet ski rentals for the first time in 2014! We’ll accommodate you and keep you safe and happy while you’re here … and we know you’ll come back!

Pam Keith moved to Caryville, TN 5 years ago from Knoxville and she and her husband Bryan built a house minutes from Twin Cove Resort and Marina. Pam used to frequent the Resort and Marina before she started working here so she is thrilled to be a part of the team. She is a natural, team motivator and a go-getter. She knows you want to have the best possible experience on your vacation. She loves working with the seasonal staff and the main operations of the marina to ensure you have a great time.
